Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic (Finland): 2–5 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means you will not be required to pay any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes when your package arrives.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for clothing items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at hello@imboys.com with your order number.

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
