Please note that when ordering outside the EU, your local delivery duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping costs. Please contact your local custom officials to calculate these costs for your order. 
Important information
The shipping times stated here are only estimates, and are dependent on the shipping location. Shipping times are counted from the day your order has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery within the estimate time, and are not responsible for any delays. We aim to process your order within the next working day, but during busy times this might take longer. Working days do not include the weekends (Sat and Sun) or any national holidays.
RETURNS (Alla suomeksi)
We offer free worldwide returns.
You have the right to return an item within 30 days of your order date. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
 
Step #1 - Contact us to our email service@imboys.com. Tell us your order number and that you'd like to return your order.
Step #2 - We will email you the instructions for free shipping
Step #3 - Package and ship your return, and include a copy of the packing slip if possible. That's it!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund.

 

 

EXCHANGES
Our inventory levels tend to change pretty rapidly. The best way to “exchange” an item for another item is to place a new order for the item desired, and return your current item back to us:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@imboys.com.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer ( wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver ), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender ( Imboys ) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping cost and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

 

PALAUTUKSET

Vaihe #2 - Lähetämme sähköpostiisi ohjeet ilmaiseen postitukseen.
Vaihe #3 - Pakkaa ja postita tuotteet ja jos mahdollista niin sisällytä tilausvahvistus.
Sinulla on neljätoista (30) päivää aikaa palauttaa tuote siitä, kun olet vastaanottanut lähetyksen. Tuotteet tulee palauttaa käyttämättöminä ja samassa kunnossa, jossa ne on saatu. Mikäli tuote palautetaan ohjeiden mukaisesti, hyvitämme tuotteen ostohinnan, ilman alkuperäisiä toimituskuluja.
Kun olemme vastaanottaneet ja tutkineet palautettavan tuotteen, lähetämme siitä sähköpostilla vahvistuksen. Jos palautus hyväksytään, lähetämme siitä myös vahvistuksen sähköpostiin ja hyvitys maksetaan automaattisesti tilillenne tai alunperin valitsemaanne maksutapaan.
VAIHTO
Varastosaldomme vaihtelevat paljon, joten helpoin tapa vaihtaa tuote on lähettää se palautuksena meille ja ostaa uusi tuote verkkokaupasta.
